We provide pressure washing in Fort Myers for houses, tile and shingle roofs, driveways, pavers and pool cages. A two-car driveway usually costs $150–$250, a single-story house wash $275–$450 and a single-story tile roof $500–$950. Prices are estimates until we have seen the property.
Older homes, gentler methods
Fort Myers has a much wider spread of house ages than Cape Coral. Around the historic districts and the streets off McGregor you find older block homes, wood trim, clay tile and painted brick that has been recoated more than once. Those finishes are exactly where a pressure wand does damage, so the soft wash approach matters more here, not less. We look at the trim and the paint before quoting and tell you if anything is already loose.
Roofs and HOA communities
Fort Myers searches for roof cleaning nearly as often as for pressure washing itself, and much of that comes from HOA neighborhoods where the association sends a letter once streaks appear. Tile roofs in those communities are cleaned with the same no-pressure method we use in the Cape, and we can send before and after photos for the association file.
Getting there
Our crews cross on the Cape Coral Bridge or the Midpoint Bridge, so south and central Fort Myers are as easy for us as the far corners of the Cape. North Fort Myers is close too, just over the Caloosahatchee on US-41.

Fort Myers questions
Do you charge extra to come to Fort Myers?
No. Fort Myers is part of our regular service area and priced the same way as the Cape.
Can you clean a historic or older home?
Yes. Older paint and wood trim get the gentlest soft wash and a low rinse. We will point out anything fragile before we start.
